Shipping times and Refunds

We ship internationally. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you.

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment partner in China.

Shipping cost
Shipping is charged at checkout and ranges from $4 to $8 depending on the destination country. Shipping is free on orders over the equivalent of $80 USD. The exact cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Some products require additional processing time; when this applies, it is indicated on the product page.

Delivery time
Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days after processing, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.

Tracking information
You will receive an email with a tracking number within 1 to 3 business days of placing your order.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.

Late or damaged parcels
